Billet 7075 aluminum stators to accommodate various stall speeds and flash ramp rates
Anti ballooning plate and upgraded drive hub, which provides rigidity and protection against deflection. Also helps in preventing the prominent plaguing inherent bushing failure and lockup clutch mating surface warpage.
Improved main bushing design with oil dimples and paths to improve lubrication, also machined in stops on the hub and back side of the bushing to eliminate unwanted movement
Completely redesigned clutch system which will increase capacity up to approximately 300%
Billet cover which is stronger and stiffer and prevents lock up failure and increases the overall strength and durability of the unit.
Tig welded and Furnaced brazed pump and turbine impeller blades.
Upgraded internal bushing, thrust washer, rivets and also other vital components of the damper assembly to ensure the most robust unit in the world yet while maintaining OE drive quality.
Innovative Manufacturing process to improve TIR (total indicated runout) and allow for high speed balance of the complete unit.
